Rules, eligibility and scoring
Tournament Rules
- USGA Rules of Golf govern all play, as modified by local rules posted at registration.
- Play the ball as it lies; preferred lies apply only if announced by the committee.
- Maximum score per hole is 5 over for pace of play.
- Pace of play: 4 hours 30 minutes per round. Groups out of position may be timed.
- All disputes are settled by the tournament committee, whose decision is final.
Eligibility
- Registration and payment deadline is October 2, 2026.
- A verifiable GHIN number and current handicap index are required.
- Players must be 18 years or older on the first day of competition.
Scoring
- Two-round stroke play, net scoring only.
- Net scores calculated using 100% of course handicap.
- Tie breaker is net birdies (1.5 points per birdie) and net pars (1 point per par).
